September 25, 2023: Sleeping on a 3.5 cm mattress topper instead of an 8 cm mattress

September 25, 2023. I didn't sleep well last night because I tried sleeping on the yoga mat again. I woke up often during the night and eventually switched to my 8 cm thick mattress.

After a short headstand practice, I bought a mattress topper measuring 140x200 cm, which is only 3.5 cm thick compared to my current 8 cm mattress.

When I went to bed today, I noticed that my toes weren't cold at all during the night. I suspect this is because I wear barefoot shoes, which improve the blood circulation in my feet.
