(Again) rid myself of houseplants. Only one physical book in my possession - guess which one!

The large plant that I almost let die was picked up for 15 euros. The woman who picked up the plant seems to be a better plant caretaker. The plant will survive with her. Now I no longer have any houseplants - just as I decided on May 13, 2023 and lived without them until I moved to Hildesheim. For me, the only plants I could consider owning are those that I could eat or that have some kind of medicinal effect in the form of a tea.

Many people create unnecessary work for themselves. For example, they prepare a dish that requires three pots and several pans, or they buy plants that need to be watered. Afterwards, they often wonder why they spent the entire afternoon doing household chores. With every decision at home, one should always consider how much effort is involved.

I put the Kamasutra book in the public bookcase. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to use the book. Perhaps the next owner will be luckier. I now only own one physical book, namely the one by Eckhart Tolle.

On the way into town, I was approached by a man with a dog.

"You're wearing shoes?”

“Yes, for once today,” I reply and continue walking in barefoot shoes.

I sat down in the café again and enjoyed the morning with a coffee.

A young woman approached me because of the book. We talked briefly about Eckhart Tolle's book. After that I went to Julia's. See you tomorrow!
